Thorner Preschool is located adjacent to Thorner Church of England Primary School at the heart of Thorner village. Our preschool offers your child a safe and secure environment with indoor and outdoor learning areas enabling us to enhance the holistic development of each child as an individual. We provide activities and play opportunities designed to develop children's emotional, physical, social and intellectual capabilities.

We welcome children from the age of two. Our eight members of staff offer individual attention, fun and friendship. The ratio of one adult to every six children provides a total of 24 places. We work within the OFSTED and EYFS frameworks.

The group is managed by a voluntary committee, predominantly made up of parents. Everyone is welcome to become involved whether it be with fundraising or at committee level. Thorner Pre-School and Toddler Group is a registered charity (No.1036320)
